This free application form is the primary document for all student financial aid programs.  If you need federal or state; grants, loans or work-study; this application must be on file.

You may access the form through the web site: www.fafsa.ed.gov

All high school males must register with the selective service within one month of their 18th birthday. Registration cards are available in the guidance, and the post office or you can register on line at www.sss.gov

We have noted that colleges & universities request a copy of your immunizations. Be sure that you have 2-MMR, Hepatitis B series (3 doses over 6 months/begin the series, if needed). Some colleges require a tetanus shot. Please check with your accepting college.
